We collect only what we need to connect you with a trainer: your name, contact details, area, goal and any notes you choose to share.

Your contact details are kept private from trainers. Client and trainer communication stays inside TrainersOn and may be reviewed by our internal team for support and safety.

In this early version, your activity is also stored on your own device so you can review your requests.

TrainersOn is an introduction platform. Trainers are independent professionals and are not employees or agents of TrainersOn.

A session is not confirmed until our team or the trainer accepts your request. Scheduling, communication and payments stay inside TrainersOn.

Trainers on TrainersOn are independent professionals, not employees or agents of TrainersOn.

By accepting a client match through TrainersOn, you agree that TrainersOn's commission — the revenue from your first 3 sessions with that client — applies regardless of how those sessions are scheduled or paid, including if you and the client agree to work together outside the platform after being introduced through it.

Attempting to bypass this commission by redirecting a matched client to pay you directly for their first 3 sessions is a breach of this agreement and may result in removal from the platform.

After the first 3 sessions with a client, 100% of future session revenue is yours, permanently, for that client.

TrainersOn may review, suspend, or remove any trainer profile that violates these terms, misrepresents certifications or experience, or provides an unsafe experience to clients.

Nothing on this platform is medical advice. Speak with a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have an existing condition or injury.

Trainers are asked to work within their scope of practice and to hold current certifications, including CPR where applicable.

We design for large readable type, strong color contrast, clear focus states, full keyboard navigation and descriptive labels on interactive controls.

Intro videos include captions and written transcripts so the content works without sound.
